NAI Mertz facilitates sale of 106,000-square-foot industrial facility in Mount Laurel

NAI Mertz said Jonathan Klear, senior vice president, facilitated the sale of 116 Gaither Drive, a 106,000-square-foot industrial facility in Mount Laurel. Klear represented and advised the unnamed buyer throughout the acquisition process. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Situated in one of the area’s most desirable logistics and business corridors, 116 Gaither Drive, built in 1982, features high-quality industrial space suitable for warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution operations. It has a clear ceiling height of 22 feet and 13 dock-high doors for loading.

The property benefits from immediate access to Route 73, Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike. It is 7.7 miles from the Cherry Hill NJ Transit train station, about 8.5 miles to the River Line in Palmyra and Riverton, 21 miles from Philadelphia International Airport and 33 miles from Trenton Mercer Airport.

NAI Mertz is based out of four offices in Mount Laurel, Philadelphia, Bucks County and Wilkes-Barre, Pa.

“This transaction underscores the growing demand from a wide range of companies seeking a headquarters-caliber location in South Jersey,” said Klear. “With its strategic access to major transportation routes and proximity to key commercial hubs, 116 Gaither Drive offers an exceptional opportunity for businesses looking to establish a strong regional footprint.”
