Resource Realty arranges two industrial leases in East Hanover

Resource Realty of Northern NJ (RRNNJ) recently arranged two industrial-property leases totaling about 173,000 square feet at neighboring sites that are part of the Ridgedale Industrial Park in East Hanover.

The transactions involved 903 Murray Road (158,440 SF) and 906 Murray Road (15,005 SF), both off Route 10, which connects to Interstate 287. 

Each of the leasing transactions was spearheaded by the RRNNJ team of Founding Principal Tom Consiglio and Principal Scott Peck, who represented the landlord in both transactions. Principal Brian Wilson represented Tri-State Cleaning and Restoration at 906 Murray Road. John Friedland of United Realty Advisors represented the tenant, J&J’s Tri-State Delivery Service at 903 Murray Road. 

In 2023, an investment fund managed by Summit-based Saxum Real Estate bought the 1.2 million-square-foot Ridgedale Industrial Park. Under the park’s former owner (Urban Edge), RRNNJ served as the exclusive leasing agent and was retained by current ownership to continue in this role.
