CBRE arranges $5.7M sale of industrial outdoor storage facility in Dayton

Private investment group Genesis has acquired 3 Wheeling Road, a 7,100-square-foot industrial outdoor storage facility on five acres in Dayton in a deal arranged by CBRE.

Genesis purchased the asset for $5.7 million from a private seller. This was the second acquisition made by Genesis through CBRE.

The CBRE team of Mark Silverman, Elli Klapper, Liam McGregor and Mark Trevisan marketed the property on behalf of the seller and also represented Genesis in the transaction.

“The IOS market segment has expanded substantially over the past few years with investors clamoring for acquisition opportunities,” said Silverman. “Navigating this sale required a strategic approach and close coordination with all parties involved. Despite several complexities, we remained focused on delivering a successful outcome for our client. The sale of 3 Wheeling Road is a testament to our team’s persistence, market expertise, and commitment to excellence.”

The property offers easy access to major highways and distribution corridors. It includes a small warehouse/service facility in addition to 3.5 acres of usable outdoor space, offering the  combination of a strategic location, infrastructure access and favorable zoning.

“The CBRE team could not be happier for Genesis’s second acquisition with us,” continued Trevisan. “This site will be a great addition to their portfolio in one of the most institutional markets of New Jersey.”
