Lanza promoted to executive vice president at Manasquan Bank

Manasquan Bank said Nov. 21 that Richard J. Lanza Jr. was promoted to executive vice president and chief technology officer from his prior role as senior vice president.

Since joining the 151-year-old bank in 2013, Lanza has focused on innovation, strategic vision and provided leadership. Under his guidance, the bank’s technology organization has achieved substantial improvements to its digital platforms, the creation of a robust cybersecurity discipline and department, and a comprehensive data strategy that will enable Manasquan Bank to continue to create competitive successes.

In addition to his role, Lanza is a member of InfraGard – a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector focused on protecting critical infrastructure. He also serves on the Cybersecurity Working Group, ensuring that Manasquan Bank remains informed of the latest cyber threats and best practices in digital security.
