The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp., an industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced Dec. 8 that it leased Unit C-1 – 31,567 square feet at 150 Pacific Ave. in Jersey City, a 350,295-square-foot industrial complex, to Cabaret Rentals Inc.
Jordan Metz, principal, Benito Abbate, senior associate, and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty represented the landlord, Eden Wood Realty Corp., in the transaction. The tenant was represented in-house.

Set on 18 acres, 150 Pacific Ave. is an industrial complex off Exit 14B of the New Jersey Turnpike with immediate access to the Holland Tunnel to Downtown Manhattan and Interstate 78. The property features 28-foot-high ceilings, nine loading docks, five drive-in doors, dry sprinklers, 2,000 amps of heavy electric power and five acres of industrial outdoor storage space and trailer and car parking.
Cabaret Rentals provides tents, furniture, and other equipment for a wide range of events in the New York City tri-state area. The company specializes in both large-scale and small events, including weddings, corporate events, backyard parties, and film/TV productions, offering customization options and full-service coordination from setup to teardown.
