Cherry Hill-based Vantage Commercial has announced the placement of three new Gouldsburger’s restaurants across South Jersey, marking the continued growth of the popular burger and cheesesteak concept.
These newly secured sites represent Gouldsburger’s seventh, eighth and ninth restaurants, with a combination of corporate and franchisee owned locations.
The new restaurants are in the Cross Keys Center in Sicklerville, the Allison Shopping Center in Marlton and on High Street in Glassboro, with additional N.J. locations in Haddonfield, Medford and Bordentown.
The Vantage Commercial team, consisting of Emily Stein, managing director; Ken Richardson, vice president; Vince Ceroli, senior broker; and Neil Kakumanu, sales associate, represented both the landlord and tenant in most of the transactions, leveraging their collective market expertise to negotiate and finalize each deal efficiently.
“The Vantage team was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire leasing process,” said Gouldsburger’s owners, David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury. “From presenting space opportunities that fit our specific criteria, to the lease negotiations and closing each deal, Vantage streamlined everything to make the process as efficient as possible.”
Gouldsburger’s continues to expand its footprint with additional locations already in planning. Vantage Commercial remains dedicated to supporting the brand’s rapid growth throughout the region.
