The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp. an industrial/retail real estate services firm in New Jersey, said Dec. 15 it has leased Unit B – 19,035 square feet to Unipak Solutions Inc. at 76-104 Third Ave. in Kearny, a 100,030-square-foot industrial building.
Situated on 5.4 acres, 76-104 Third Ave. is near the New Jersey Turnpike, Interstate 280, routes 1-9 and 21, Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty International Airport.
The property features 24-foot-high ceilings, tailboard loading, wet sprinklers, 1,800 amps of electric power and 75 surface parking spaces.
Jordan Metz, principal; Benito Abbate, senior associate; and James Friel, sales associate, of the Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty represented the landlord, RHS Hope, in the transaction. Lee & Associates represented the tenant. The Metz Industrial Group is marketing 20,000 square feet available at the property.

Unipak Solutions, based in Louisville, Ky., is a contract packaging company specializing in services that include blending, co-packing and distribution for various industries like foodservice, household products and cleaning supplies. The over 60-year-old company unloads inbound containers, loads outbound trucks and provides inventory management.
