The Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce said Dec. 16 that Patrick L. Ryan, president and CEO of First Bank, has been elected as chair of the board for the 2026-2027 term.
Ryan will succeed Jeannine Cimino, regional president and senior vice president of Mid Penn Bank. At the same meeting, new members of the chamber’s board of directors were elected and new executive committee officers were named.
Ryan played an integral role in the 2019 merger of the Princeton Regional and MidJersey Chambers of Commerce, and he has served the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber as treasurer, vice chair, and chair elect since joining the inaugural combined board.
“I am honored to be elected to serve as chair of the board of the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber,” said Ryan. “When a member joins our chamber, they make an investment in our organization and in their own success. I look forward to working with our board of directors to ensure the chamber delivers on our commitment to our members in everything we do.”
Joining Ryan on the PMRC’s Executive Committee will be Zack Warringer, vice chair & chair-elect; Chris Borden, vice chair; Jeff Hurley, treasurer; Greg Blair, secretary; and Jeannine Cimino, immediate past chair. These officers will also serve as the board of directors of the Princeton Regional Chamber Foundation, the organization’s 501(c)3 arm.
Directors newly elected to the board are Dr. Deborah Preston, president of Mercer County Community College; Vincent J. Scozzari, executive vice president of V.J. Scozzari & Sons; Greg Cooke, vice president of the legal division at Integris; and Bob Ohrablo, president of Trenton ECHL Hockey.
Ryan will be celebrated as the new board chair at the chamber’s traditional “Changing of the Guard” celebration on Jan. 15, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Stone Terrace by John Henry’s in Hamilton.
