Bozanian joins Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP as partner

Schenck, Price, Smith & King LLP, based out of Florham Park, said Dec. 22 that Elton John Bozanian has joined the firm as a partner in its elder and special needs practice group as well as the estate, gift and charitable planning practice group.  

Elton’s practice is dedicated to serving as fiduciary, litigating fiduciary actions, and resolving fiduciary disputes. He serves as agent, attorney-in-fact, and/or health care proxy for individuals who seek an independent person to act as their fiduciary.

Bozanian frequently serves as court appointed attorney, pendente lite and plenary temporary guardian, temporary and permanent estate administrator, and guardian ad litem pursuant to the New Jersey Court Rules.

Bozanian is also an approved family law mediator and is a volunteer chair of the Bergen County Mandatory Early Settlement Panel. He is a director of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys.
