Nisivoccia CPA, tax firm announces new Partner admissions

Nisivoccia, a CPA/Tax firm based out of Mount Arlington, announced that Brian Ko, CPA, RMA, PSA, and Vicki Kosuda, CPA, have been admitted as Partners effective Jan. 1.

Ko has spent over 15 years at Nisivoccia as a member of the firm’s Governmental Entity Group. He has experience in accounting, auditing, and budget and planning services for governmental entities. He also holds experience serving charter schools, municipalities, joint insurance funds, boards of education, and libraries.

Ko earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from Bryant University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Public School Accountant (PSA), and Registered Municipal Accountant (RMA) in the state of New Jersey.

Ko is an active member of the firm’s Quality of Life Committee, where he supports employee engagement initiatives, and also served as Treasurer of the Mount Olive Area Chamber of Commerce from 2018 to 2024. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Kosuda brings extensive experience in client accounting services, cloud-based accounting solutions, and CFO-level support. She leads Nisivoccia’s Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAS) practice, partnering closely with clients to deliver outsourced accounting, financial leadership, and strategic advisory services.

Under Kosuda’s leadership, the firm’s CAS practice serves health care, not-for-profit, real estate, private equity, family office, and professional services clients, helping them move beyond historical reporting to gain timely financial insights, improve operational decision-making, and grow with confidence.

Kosuda is a member of the firm’s Technology Committee, leveraging her financial technology background to help shape the firm’s strategy for using AI, automation, and advanced data analytics to enhance client insight, streamline processes, and support proactive, advisory-driven services.

Kosuda earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University and holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. She holds membership with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and several professional and community organizations.
