Saddleback Real Estate Developers announced the $13 million sale of a newly constructed industrial building at 999 Willow Grove St. in Hackettstown.
The 50,000-square-foot building was constructed in one year, with RC Andersen serving as general contractor and construction manager.
The building was sold to Brooklyn-based Bytech, a mobile accessories manufacturer.
Robert Adams of Garden State Realty was the broker on the transaction. The lender was Kearny Bank.
The building features 28- to 32-foot clear ceiling heights, four loading doors and one acre of outdoor storage.
The site is less than one mile from the M&M Mars headquarters, with access to Route.46 and Interstate 80, which helped support the property’s successful positioning and sale.
“Location plays a critical role in the success of any industrial development, and this site is aligned perfectly with market demand and infrastructure access,” said Salvatore Frassetto of Saddleback Real Estate Developers. “This sale reflects the experience, discipline and long-term perspective our family brings to every project.”
Over the past five decades, the Frassetto family’s Saddleback Real Estate Developers has developed more than 25 million square feet of commercial space and facilitated over $3 billion in real estate transactions.
“Watching 999 Willow Grove Street go from a bare site, which we acquired in 2021, to a finished building has been incredibly rewarding,” Terry Frassetto, president, said. “It’s a proud moment for our entire team.”
