Nisivoccia, a Mount Arlington-based accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory firm, said Jan. 8 that Dominick J. “Nick” Sarinelli has assumed the role of managing partner, effective Jan. 1.
He succeeds Bud Jones, who has served as managing partner since 2020 and helped lead the 55-year-old firm through a period of continued growth and evolution.
Sarinelli has more than 30 years of experience at Nisivoccia, serving clients across a range of industries including technology, construction, medical services, manufacturing, professional services and other closely held businesses. Throughout his career, Sarinelli has provided tax, accounting, and consulting services, working closely with clients to address complex financial, compliance, and operational matters.
“Nick’s leadership style, institutional knowledge, and commitment to both our clients and our people make him exceptionally well suited to lead Nisivoccia into its next chapter,” said Jones. “I am confident that under Nick’s leadership, the firm will continue to grow while staying true to the values that have defined us for more than 55 years.”
The firm said Sarinelli has played an integral role in shaping its operations and culture.

The announcement of Sarinelli as managing partner follows the news at the end of 2025 that Nisivoccia named Brian Ko and Vicki Kosuda as partners.
