BCB Community Bank appoints Sedicino as head of retail banking

BCB Community Bank said Jan. 12 the Bayonne-based bank appointed Dominic Sedicino as senior vice president and head of retail banking.  

Sedicino is responsible for developing and implementing overall retail banking strategies that fully support the bank’s retail clientele. This includes analyzing market trends that can prove beneficial to retail businesses, fostering collaboration throughout bank operations to enhance support for this clientele, and assisting branch managers and business development officers in their efforts servicing retail customers.

Sedicino comes to BCB Bank with more than 18 years of experience in banking, most recently as senior vice president, managing principal director of retail banking, commercial community banking at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Prior to his 11 years at Peapack-Gladstone, he spent seven years with Wells Fargo.

BCB Bank said Sedicino has experience designing and launching products tailored for retail customers. He has developed retail customer service strategies that improve client satisfaction and streamline interactions with treasury management services.

BCB Community Bank was established in 2000 and has 27 branch offices in New Jersey and New York.
