Accounting firm RRBB promotes Almeida to partner and managing member

RRBB said Jan. 13 it has promoted Michael Almeida to partner of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman and managing member of Somerset-based RRBB Advisors LLC.

In this role, Almeida is tasked with helping lead the firm’s assurance practice and support RRBB’s continued growth. He will also work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality audits and practical, forward-looking guidance.

“As the firm continues to evolve, I look forward to helping it grow and succeed, while continuing to deliver exceptional client service,” said Almeida. “Supporting our clients and our people remains my top priority.”

Howard Condo, chair of RRBB’s Attest Department, said, “Mike has built strong relationships through sound judgment, technical depth, and consistent leadership. As partner and managing member, he will continue strengthening our assurance practice and contributing to the firm’s long-term success.”

Almeida has experience in public accounting and corporate finance. He focuses on helping clients understand complex accounting and reporting issues. Additionally, Almeida has led integrated audits for publicly traded companies, with a concentration in the financial services sector. He has experience at a Big Four accounting firm and with an in-house role at a national bank.
