Casio America debuts innovation-focused U.S. HQ in Jersey City

Casio America Inc., the U.S. division of the consumer electronics company, opened its new corporate headquarters Jan. 20 at 185 Hudson St. in Jersey City, setting up shop in one of the state’s most dynamic urban markets.

Spanning 13,647 square feet, the headquarters will serve as the new home for Casio’s sales and marketing teams. The building is designed to inspire creativity, foster connectivity, and embrace sustainability. The new space features open-concept workstations, modern conference rooms, and a dedicated product demonstration area showcasing Casio’s diverse portfolio, supporting a flexible, forward-thinking work culture. Casio, which opened its U.S. division in 1957, had been based in Dover.

The new HQ is situated in one of the region’s most vibrant business corridors, offering employees access to various cultural resources, mass transit, and a thriving, innovative ecosystem. Casio is west of the Harborside Financial Center and between two light rail stations.

“The opening of our Jersey City headquarters marks a pivotal chapter in Casio’s U.S. growth strategy,” said Yusuke Suzuki, chairman and CEO of Casio America. “It’s a launchpad for innovation, a space where our teams can collaborate more effectively, connect with customers more meaningfully, and shape the future of our brand.”

The Jersey City headquarters complements Casio’s growing national presence, including its recently launched operations center in Rockaway and a new distribution hub in Sparks, Nev. These investments underscore Casio’s commitment to building an integrated and responsive U.S. infrastructure.

Casio said the company is also deepening its ties to the Jersey City community through partnerships supporting education, the arts, and workforce development, ensuring the headquarters becomes a true catalyst for shared growth and opportunity.

“This headquarters represents the next step in our cultural transformation,” said Pamela Cosmillo, general manager, human resources of Casio America. “It reflects our belief that when people are empowered to collaborate in inspiring spaces, amazing things happen.”
