Cooper Levenson, a law firm with experience in redevelopment and public-private partnerships, has been selected to serve as legal counsel for the redevelopment of Bader Field, supporting DEEM Enterprises as it advances a redevelopment effort in Atlantic City.
Cooper Levenson is experienced in land use, redevelopment, infrastructure, and public-sector matters. The firm is known for guiding complex, large-scale redevelopment and public-private partnership projects from concept through completion, supporting some of the region’s most significant civic and transformative initiatives.
In its role as lead legal counsel, Cooper Levenson will provide legal advisory services to support DEEM Enterprises’ careful and collaborative approach to the Bader Field redevelopment, including regulatory and land-use guidance, transactional support, and counsel on public-private coordination.
