The Kislak Company announced the recent sale of Woodcliff Lake Apartments, a mixed-use property with 14 luxury apartments and five retail spaces at 62 Broadway in Woodcliff Lake for $8.8 million.
Kislak marketed the property on an exclusive basis with CEO Jason Pucci and Executive Vice President Barry Waisbrod handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, a longtime client. Michael Todaro of Serhant Real Estate, Inc. procured the purchaser. The parties were not disclosed. Messrs. Pucci and Waisbrod also arranged the prior sale of the property to the seller in 2024.
“The seller had purchased the property as part of a larger portfolio and decided to sell it since it was geographically outside of his core holdings,” said Pucci. “Our marketing resulted in a number of strong offers. Michael and his client appreciated the quality of the property and its exceptional Bergen County location and were a pleasure to work with throughout the transaction.”
Built in 2019, Woodcliff Lake Apartments is a three-story luxury apartment building with 14 luxury apartments and five retail spaces in desirable Woodcliff Lake. The property includes a private lobby entrance with package and elevator service, spacious units with gourmet kitchens and modern bathrooms, in-unit laundry facilities, and on-site assigned parking. The local train station is a 10-minute walk from the property and runs on the Pascack Valley line with service to New York Penn Station.
“The property attracted strong interest from local private investors who recognized the area’s strong fundamentals and the property’s future income growth potential,” Waisbrod. “Shortly after launching our marketing process, a well-qualified buyer was secured and the transaction was completed in a highly professional manner. The seller expressed strong appreciation for the execution and the overall outcome of the sale.”
