Weber Gallagher said Feb. 6 that it added Adam A. Alster to the firm as a partner. Alster, a Rutgers University and Rutgers Law School graduate, joins the firm’s insurance coverage practice and is based in the Bedminster office.
This further expands the firm’s insurance coverage capabilities, which grew last year when a team of 13 experienced professionals, led by Partner Neil Sambursky, joined to spearhead the opening of the firm’s Long Island office.
“Adam brings the depth and judgment our insurer clients rely on in high‑stakes coverage matters,” said Denise Marra DePekary, insurance managing partner. “His addition reflects our continued investment in Insurance Coverage talent and our commitment to building depth across offices and industries.”
Alster focuses his practice on complex first- and third-party insurance coverage matters. He represents multinational insurance carriers in litigation involving a spectrum of policies, including property, commercial general liability, environmental, E&O (errors and omissions), D&O (directors and officers), cyber, professional liability, construction and automobile.
He was previously special counsel at the firm Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP.
