Colliers brokers sale of 160,000 square feet of office space in Marlton

Colliers, a diversified professional services and investment management company, has brokered the sale of 1 & 3 Eves Drive and Evesham Corporate Center in Marlton. The two portfolios total more than 160,000 square feet of office space and feature a strong mix of health-care-related tenants.

Both properties are located along high-traffic retail corridors and are less than 10 minutes from Virtua Marlton Hospital and under 15 minutes from Jefferson Cherry Hill Hospital. The transactions were facilitated by a Colliers team led by vice chair Jacklene Chesler, Vice President Patrick Norris and Transaction Manager Brittany Leventoff.

1 & 3 Eves Drive consists of two adjacent single-story office buildings totaling ±33,317 square feet across ±4.72 acres. The property boasts a diverse occupant base. All suites feature private entrances and ample parking. The property was fully leased at the time of sale, reflecting its strong historical occupancy and continued demand for flexible office space in the area.

Evesham Corporate Center includes four buildings totaling ±133,822 square feet across ±14.2 acres located at 2, 4 A, 4B and 5 Eves Drive. At the time of sale, the portfolio was 65.2% leased. Evesham Corporate Center attracted a high number of qualified bidders because it offers immediate cash flow, flexible zoning, and value-add potential through leasing and long-term repositioning. The campus features ample parking (4.85/1,000 RSF), and adaptable floor plates to cater to growing health-care demand.

“We’re pleased to have facilitated the sale of these two highly sought-after office portfolios for the medical sector, continuing our momentum in the New Jersey market,” said Jacklene Chesler, vice chair, Colliers. “The prime locations, coupled with the properties’ robust tenant bases and value-add potential, made them highly attractive investments for the buyers.”

Both properties have direct access to Interstate 295 and the New Jersey Turnpike and are near a variety of retail, dining, medical, and hospitality options.

These sales reinforce Colliers’ momentum in New Jersey’s suburban office markets as the firm continues to strengthen its presence and close multiple office and healthcare-anchored transactions statewide.
