Tanenbaum Keale LLP said Thomas M. Wester has joined the firm as partner, building on recent growth intended to strengthen litigation capabilities in both Newark and New York.
Wester’s private practice has been focused on representing insurers in the investigation and litigation of complex insurance matters. He brings extensive experience handling a variety of issues including commercial disputes, construction accidents and defects, trucking and transportation accidents, premises liability and property damage.
Wester has served as special coverage counsel to major insurers defending first-party property claims and counsels primary and excess level insurers on a broad range of coverage issues. He has a track record of success in representing clients in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania state venues and federal courts through all stages of the litigation process.

Prior to entering private practice, Wester clerked with the Hon. Thomas R. Vena in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
