Mays Landing-based DCO Energy LLC announced recently that it has made its third acquisition of 2017, buying three combined heat and power plants from Illinois-based Ironclad Energy Partners.
The Atlantic County company said in a news release that the plants provide electricity and process steam to industrial customers in New Jersey, California and Massachusetts.
“We are proud to announce this acquisition and look forward to providing the same level of service DCO customers have come to know over the years,” CEO Frank E. DiCola said in a prepared statement. “This acquisition is a natural extension of our business as we continue to offer best-in-class to large commercial and industrial users throughout the United States. These assets allow us to do what we do best — provide energy to major employers, manufacturers and organizations in nine states and two countries.”
