Law firm Bratton Scott expands presence in South Jersey

WCRE announced Friday it represented law firmĀ Bratton Scott LLC in leasing office space in Moorestown.

WCRE said Bratton is expanding its presence in the area with a 1,600-square-foot satellite office. It currently has offices in Haddonfield, Ewing, Linwood and Philadelphia.

The firm chose 505 South Lenola due to its close proximity to Route 38 and 73, WCRE said.

The office building is owned and operated by SFA, WCRE said.

Ryan Barikian, senior associate at WCRE, represented the tenant in the deal.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
