CBRE announced Friday it has hired three investment sales professionals to join the real estate company.
The new members, CBRE said, will help enhance the firm’s New Jersey-based Investment Properties Group.
Steve Mariani, Manveer “Manny” Sanghera and Trevor Fiebel were hired to CBRE. The trio will work closely with Nat Gambuzza, a senior vice president who lead’s the firm’s New Jersey-based Investment Properties Group.
“Since I joined CBRE in 2016, we have continued to ensure the consistent delivery of outcomes for our clients,” Gambuzza said. “The newest additions to our team will help us to maintain and expand our reach in the market and continue to provide the type of superb client service we are known for throughout New Jersey.”
Mariani was named a vice president and will represent investors and sellers in commercial investment properties throughout the tri-state area, with a focus on New Jersey.
Sanghera joined the firm an as associate and will focus on the sale of multifamily and mixed-use investment properties in Hudson County and Newark.
Fiebel also joined as an associate and will specialize in the sale of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Union and Middlesex counties.
