Hamilton-based Medlogix LLC, a provider of medical claims management solutions, announced recently it has acquired Michigan-based Michigan Evaluation Group, a provider of independent medical exams, peer review, bill review and other related services.

The acquisition of MEG, Medlogix said, is a strategic combination that will provide its clients with greater geographical coverage and enhanced clinical expertise.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
