REDCOM Design & Construction had a groundbreaking for its new storage warehouse planned for Carlstadt, the firm announced.
The property, at 320 Paterson Plank Road, will be a two-story, 41,000-square-foot warehouse. Completion is scheduled for summer.
“We are excited to be working with (building owner) 320 Paterson Plank Road LLC on this two-story storage facility,” Sam Rockaway, REDCOM’s vice president of sales, said in a prepared statement. “We are enthusiastic to add more to this area, while creating jobs.”
The construction project will employ about 120 people, REDCOM said.
