Developer JMF Properties said it has begun construction on a luxury rental community in Glen Ridge, which will eventually offer 110 residences near downtown Montclair and the Bay Street train station.
The project, known as Clarus Glen Ridge, will be located on Baldwin Avenue and represent the second community under the Clarus brand, following Clarus Maplewood, which opened in October 2017.

JMF said the property, with a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, is slated to open in spring 2020. Amenities at the pet-friendly community will include a wellness center and fitness room, billiards room, “bark park” and more.
