Rose Commercial Real Estate announced on Thursday it represented Universal Building & Construction in the $5.4 million purchase of the Bridgeboro Shopping Center in Moorestown.
Rose CRE’s Adam Rose, president, brokered the deal on behalf of the buyer, who was seeking an investment opportunity with long-term tenants, a good cap rate and high net operating income.
The 23,228-square-foot multitenant strip center located 80-88 Hartford Road has a mix of tenants including The Goddard School, Investors Bank, Hartford Market, HQ Cleaners, Delran Pharmacy and a nail salon.
