WCRE: Innovative Life of New Jersey establishes office in Mount Holly

Wolf Commercial Real Estate, a Marlton-based commercial real estate firm, announced on Friday it has negotiated a lease for Innovative Life of New Jersey in Mount Holly.

ILNJ leased 3,400 square feet of office space at the Burlington Professional Campus from Zaman International Development LLC, NAI Hanson said.

The space was selected by ILNJ due to its proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, Route 130 and Interstate 295.

Innovative Life Solutions Inc. was established in Silver Springs, Maryland in 2003 to enhance the lives of people with intellectual disabilities

WCRE’s Ryan Barikian, senior associate, represented both parties in the deal.
