An engineering services firm has signed a lease for 5,000 square feet of industrial space in Hammonton, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.
Vantage RES represented 1001 Grant LLC, the owner of the Atlantic Commerce Center facility at 1001 S. Grand Ave., in the lease transaction with TriWire Engineering Solutions.
Vantage RES’ Ken Richardson, senior adviser, and Nick Liggio, sales associate, worked with Ben Grubner, partner with 1001 Grant LLC, and Jeremiah Gruebele of TriWire on the deal.
“Ken’s experience and knowledge was key to understanding our needs as property owners, as well as the needs of our tenants,” Grubner said in a prepared statement.
The multitenant property has a total of 105,000 square feet, and offers access to both Philadelphia and Atlantic City, Vantage noted.
