Colliers International announced on Tuesday that Champion Services, a warehouse and trucking company, has leased the entire building at 1 Warner Court in Logan Township.
Situated on 14.09 acres, the 151,600-square-foot industrial property is located within the Pureland Industrial Complex. Champion Services purchased the space to consolidate multiple regional locations.
Colliers’ Mark Isdaner facilitated the deal and NAI Mertz‘s Scott Mertz represented the tenant.
“We extend a warm welcome to our newest tenant. As a leading logistics firm Champion Services said 1 Warner Court’s attractive location and access was a perfect fit.” Brian Poitras from GFI Partners, the Boston-based property owner, said.
GFI is expected to upgrade the facility for Champion to include expanded parking, new LED lighting, a new roof and white boxing the warehouse area.
The property is located within close access to Exit 10 of Interstate 295, Exit 2 of the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 95.
