JLL announced on Thursday it has completed a lease renewal for Symrise Inc. in Saddle Brook.
The global supplier of fragrances, flavors, food and cosmetics signed a 21,062-square-foot extension at the 11-story 80 Park West Plaza One located at 250 Pehle Ave. with building owner Galil Management LLC.
Symrise was represented by JLL’s Andrew Zezas and Scott Lesh, both managing directors. Galil was represented by CBRE‘s Donald Sperling, senior vice president, and Robert Norton, first vice president.
“Symrise chose to remain at Park 80 West due to the complex’s central location to major highways and its proximity to the company’s clients and employees,” Zezas said. “The company also appreciated Galil Management’s hands-on management style, and the base building improvements the building owner has completed at the property in the past few years.”
Symrise will continue to operate the second floor of the property, which is located within the 551,600-square-foot Park 80 West complex at the conjunction of the Garden State Parkway’s Exit 189 and Interstate 80’s Exit 62A.
