Cherry Hill-based Vantage Real Estate Services, a commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, announced on Friday it had represented a counseling center in the purchase of a building in Haddon Heights.
The 4,428-square-foot building located on White Horse Pike is within walking distance to the area’s downtown and is within close access to Philadelphia and Interstate 295.
Vantage RES represented the seller, Jed Horovitz, who, up until recently, ran Internet Video Archive LLC there. The buyer, Mindful Soul Center for Wellbeing, is a woman-owned business that provides counseling for women in South Jersey from its two locations in Collingswood and Medford.
Vantage’s Monica Walsh, director of client services, worked with Mindful Soul’s Michelle Richardson, founder and director, to locate the new headquarters and facilitate the deal.
“Monica is the consummate professional. She always keeps her eye on the ball, she never panics, she is always polite. I would seek out her services again for certain,” Horovitz said.
