Larken Associates, a Branchburg-based real estate company, announced on Wednesday that Michael Warech has been named chief HR officer.
In this role, Warech will lead the firm’s talent efforts, including talent acquisition, inclusion and diversity, training, employee engagement and more. He will also be tasked with developing and implementing a talent management strategy to support the firm’s growth plans.
Warech has more than 30 years of experience in human resources and previously ran his own consulting firm and held leadership roles at Harvard Business School, Willis Towers Watson, Avon Products, Consulting, Organizational Strategies and Assessment Alternatives.
“Michael has been consulting with us on all matters of human resources over the past few years.
