A health-focused smoothie franchise has opened a location in Delran, according to real estate services firm Levin Management Corp.
The North Plainfield-based firm said in a news release that Smoothie King is now open at Hartford Corners, a 215,000-square-foot retail property at Route 130 and Hartford Road.
“Smoothie King is renowned for its nutritious, fresh-blended smoothies, and we are pleased to welcome this healthy dining concept to Hartford Corners,” LMC Vice President of Leasing Sidney Singer said in a prepared statement. “This growing national brand adds another appealing option at a center that has become a magnet for popular food service tenants.”
Levin is the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property, which is anchored by a ShopRite and a Lowe’s and features a mix of retail, restaurant and service tenants, including Staples, Planet Fitness and more.
