Vantage Commercial — also known as Vantage Real Estate Services — has been name the exclusive listing broker for an office complex in Cherry Hill, it announced recently.
The Cherry Hill-based Vantage will handle the listing of Cherry Tree Corporate Center, a 150,000-square-foot complex located at 535 Route 38 E., the firm said in a news release.
“We are seeing high demand in these office centers,” Vantage Commercial CEO and President Leor Hemo said in a prepared statement. “This center, in particular, is geographically desirable and well-positioned within the market in terms of value and amenities. Based on the level of interest we have already received, we are confident that we will be able to successfully lease the vacancies and service Cherry Tree Corporate Center’s needs.”
The Class A facility is located in the “Golden Triangle” section of Cherry Hill, and hosts a variety of medical and professional offices, including Remote Cardiac Associates, On Time Staffing LLC and others.
Multiple units are available for immediate lease, the firm noted.
