A laundry service has signed a lease for a retail slot in a neighborhood shopping center in Brick, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Laundry Bros., a family-owned drop-off laundry, has signed a long-term lease at the Boulevard Square Shopping Center at 515 Brick Blvd., Cherry Hill-based Vantage said in a news release.
Monica Walsh, director of client services, and Nick Liggio, sales associate, handled the deal with the undisclosed landlord.
“As a family-owned small business, we at Laundry Bros. are excited to be part of a great shopping center and a great community,” ownership said in a prepared statement.
The new site will join Laundry Bros.’ other locations, in Toms River and Long Branch.
