A 60-unit apartment building has celebrated its grand opening in downtown Somerville, developer Weiss Properties announced recently.
The Davenport Apartments has one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 956 square feet to 1,379 square feet spread over five stories at 21 Davenport St., the developer said in a news release.
Leasing is underway, and the property is welcoming new residents, New Brunswick-based Weiss Properties said.
