The One500 rental community in Teaneck has reached a leasing level above 60% less than four months after opening, developer BNE Real Estate Group announced this week.
The luxury multifamily community has 228 units, with nearly 100 residents already having moved in, BNE said in a news release. The Marketing Directors is overseeing the leasing program.
“Teaneck is one of Bergen County’s most dynamic and well-located townships, which presented an ideal setting for One500’s unique lifestyle opportunity,” Jonathan Schwartz, a BNE partner, said in a prepared statement.
The five-story property is located at 1500 Teaneck Road. It was designed by Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners, and features studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. Rents start at $1,995 per month.
Amenities at the property include an outdoor terrace, business lounge, fitness center and more.
