Leasing is beginning at a Class A apartment building in East Orange’s Brick Church section, according to developer PEEK Properties.
The developer, owner and operator of multifamily properties said Striker Apartment Leasing, based in Clifton, is the exclusive leasing agent for 475 William St., a five-story midrise building with 39 units.
West Orange-based PEEK said units include one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 655-1,020 square feet. Preleasing will begin Thursday, with an open house scheduled for Jan. 15.
“The completion of construction and lease launch at 475 William St. marks two very important milestones for PEEK Properties and the city of East Orange,” PEEK Managing Partner Emanuel Klein said in a prepared statement. “Our mutually held vision to advance the revitalization of the city’s Central Business District through exceptional design and construction is another step closer to being realized.”
Amenities at the property include a fitness center, tenant lounge and 39 parking spaces, the developer said.
