NAI Mertz has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for a Class A office building in Mount Laurel, it announced this week.
The real estate firm said in a news release that Rebecca Ting, senior vice president, and Julie Kronfeld, vice president, are handling the assignment for 5000 Atrium Way. According to the firm, six office suites are available, ranging from 2,072 to 11,189 square feet, and one wing could be combined into a total of 24,320 square feet of space.
“Located within the prestigious Horizon Corporate Center, this property is ideal for corporate users and offers window-lined offices with beautiful lake views,” Ting said in a prepared statement. “Mount Laurel has become a highly sought-after location for businesses looking to offer (their) employees a convenient location just off (Interstate) 295.”
