WCRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a recently-acquired office portfolio in Marlton, it announced Wednesday.
The Marlton-based firm said Nassimi Realty LLC chose it for the Evesham Corporate Center, four buildings at 2, 4A, 4B and 5 Eves Drive totaling approximately 135,000 square feet.
The building details:
- 2 Eves is a two-story building with 6,500 square feet available;
- 4A and 4B Eves are single-story buildings with availability ranging from 2,000 to 9,000 square feet;
- 5 Eves is a three-story building with spaces available up to 15,000 square feet.
“We are excited to be working with WCRE’s leasing team of Bethany Brown and Mike Scanzano, and I am confident they will be very successful in marketing this premier corporate center,” Chaim Wiater, Nassimi’s director of leasing, said in a prepared statement.
