Imperial Dade, the Jersey City-based distributor of food service packaging and janitorial supplies, has agreed to acquire a Minnesota-based janitorial supplies distributor, it announced recently.
The deal for Dalco Enterprises represents the 34th acquisition for Imperial Dade under its current leadership team of CEO Robert Tillis and President Jason Tillis.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“Dalco’s storied history in the industry and exceptional customer service make it a great addition to the Imperial Dade platform,” Robert Tillis said in a prepared statement. “We enthusiastically welcome the Stark family and the Dalco team members to our family.”
The company had been owned and operated by Ted Stark, Peter Stark and Rod Dummer, who have over 50 years of experience in the industry.
