Dudley Inc. leases space at Sanzari’s Glenpointe campus

Dudley Inc. has leased space at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Glenpointe corporate campus, becoming the latest tenant at the property, the Hackensack-based real estate firm said this week.

Dudley Inc. leased 4,426 square feet at the property at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck, bringing the total new leasing at Glenpointe to 81,572 square feet through the first four months of 2021.

Newmark’s team of Jeff Schotz, Peter Rossi, Dan Reider, Peter Kasparian and David Simson represented Sanzari in the transaction, while Derek DeMartino of JLL represented Dudley Inc.

The deal follows on the heels of philatelic auction company Cherrystone leasing 2,569 square feet in March, Sanzari noted. Recent renewals include Phibro Animal Health Corp., Treetop Development and expansions for the Russell Berrie Foundation and Eastern Fish Co.

“As we see companies determining how they will transition back to the physical workplace in the months ahead, it is clear that office properties built around promoting enhanced collaboration, employee satisfaction and well-being will be key considerations as they formulate their plans,” Carolina Gutierrez, manager, leasing and marketing, for Sanzari, said in a prepared statement. “The strong leasing activity we have already seen through the first four months of 2021 showcases how amenity-rich, well-located and flexible spaces like Glenpointe will be critical components in the return to work.

“We anticipate that the demand from tenants of all kinds for these types of properties will only increase in the months to come.”
