OMLog, an Italian-based distributor, takes 607,279 SF at Bridge Point 78 in Phillipsburg

OMLog, a leading logistics service provider for luxury fashion products based inĀ Emilia-Romagna, Italy, has signed a lease for 607,279 square feet of space at Bridge Point 78 in Phillipsburg, CBRE announced Wednesday.

OMLog, which has offices around the globe, including in Secaucus, offers tailor-made supply chain solutions and retail assortments for national and international distribution.

It will house its operations in Building 3 of Bridge Point 78, the master-planned, 3.9 million SF industrial complex located at 1000 Rand Blvd.

A CBRE team comprised of Jake Terkanian, Mindy Lissner and Vincent Ranalli serve as the exclusive leasing agents at Bridge Point 78 and represented ownership, Bridge Development Partners and PGIM Real Estate.

ā€œBridge Point 78 offered OMLog the ideal opportunity to expand its international operations in the heart of one of the Northeast’s main industrial distribution hubs,ā€ Terkanian said.Ā 

Bridge Point 78, a Class A industrial complex, markets itself as being ideally situated in the now highly desirable Interstate 78/81 corridor. The complex is located15 miles from the FedEx hub in the Lehigh Valley and 55 miles from the Port of Elizabeth.

It is drawing big names. OMLog joins other big-box tenants, including UNIQLO and White Claw.Ā 

With Phase 1 of the development fully leased, CBRE said it will soon begin marketing Phase 2.

Terkanian said Phase 2 includes two additional buildings totaling over 1.6 million SF, that is set to deliver next year.Ā
