Kinedyne, a leading cargo securement and cargo control company with operations throughout North America, renewed its lease for 6,371 square feet of office space at Branchburg Centre located in Branchburg.
Branchburg Centre has undergone a significant upgrade since it was acquired by Larken Associates in 2017.
Larken Associates, a regional leader in real estate building, development and management for more than 50 years, updated the existing 90,000-square-foot office building with renovations that included new LED lighting, contemporary glass walls, an updated lobby, cafeteria and lounge, as well as a complete overhaul of interior furnishings and exterior ornamentation.
With the goal of further enhancing the asset, Larken Associates also announced its plans for the construction of an additional 19,000-square-foot Class A professional and medical office building on the property earlier this year.
Victor Kelly, the executive vice president of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, said he feels there is a need in the area.
