A product development company has signed a lease for a 63,347-square-foot warehouse in Pennsauken, according to real estate firm Colliers.
The freestanding warehouse, located at 6901 N. Crescent Blvd., was leased to TopPop, a specialty packager of frozen alcoholic beverages, Colliers said in a statement.
The space recently underwent renovations to accommodate TopPop and was filled less than three months after Velocity Ventures purchased the property, Colliers said.
Ian Richman and Marc Isdaner of Colliers represented Velocity in the transaction. TopPop was represented by Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz.
