Kushner Real Estate Group opens doors at 351 Marin in Jersey City

The new, design-driven 38-story rental building now available for lease

Jersey City’s latest signature rental building from Kushner Real Estate Group and joint venture partner Northwestern Mutual, 351 Marin, has opened its doors for leasing, delivering a luxury residential lifestyle through bold design, state-of-the-art amenities and an exceptional location at the intersection of dynamic neighborhoods and public transportation.

The new 38-story tower features 507 well-appointed residences in the city’s culturally infused Powerhouse Arts District. A mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments are offered in the eye-catching building, with monthly rents for studio homes starting from $2,650. Limited-time grand opening incentives include two months free on a 14-month lease, and three months free on a 26-month lease. Initial occupancy is scheduled for Dec. 1.

KRE and Northwestern Mutual tapped the Marketing Directors as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for 351 Marin, which debuts with an on-site leasing office and three fully furnished model homes.

“We’re excited to introduce 351 Marin to the public in a prime location in Jersey City just steps from the Grove Street PATH station and surrounded by dining, culture and nightlife,” said Jonathan Kushner, president of KRE Group. “Our residents will be able to easily explore all that the city’s local fabric has to offer while also enjoying an elevated lifestyle at home enriched by a robust amenity offering.”

Designed by Hollwich Kushner and HLW Architects, 351 Marin features a distinctively angled base that creates a dramatic backdrop to a lushly landscaped, 4,500-square-foot plaza and free-standing pavilion. The façade rises to a geometric crown that stands out amongst the Jersey City skyline and harkens to the triangular forms 38 stories below on the public plaza.

351 Marin offers homes loaded with upscale features, designer kitchens and lavish bathrooms feature Kohler fixtures, white quartz countertops and built-in medicine cabinets.

“The open layouts provide plenty of space for a perfect live/work balance,” said Jaqueline Urgo, president of the Marketing Directors. “Some one-bedroom floor plans offer a bonus den that can also be utilized as a home office.”

Enhancing resident lives at 351 Marin is a full suite of modern and thoughtful amenities highlighted by a 37th-floor Sky Lounge with coworking spaces, banquette seating and an outdoor, landscaped patio offering a tiered theater and spectacular views of the Manhattan and Jersey City skylines.

The building’s eighth floor offers a 24-hour fitness center, yoga/studio/group fitness area, full entertainment kitchen with sitting area, movie and screening area, game room and children’s playroom. An outdoor, landscaped terrace features a pool deck with a resort-style pool, lounge seating, fire pits and BBQ grilling stations with prep counters. A community garden and dog run can be found on the seventh floor.

The new residential offering is situated between Jersey City’s Hudson River waterfront, the growing theater and gallery scene within the Powerhouse Arts District, and the dining and nightlife lining the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza. Residents will also appreciate its location just one block from the Grove Street PATH Station and near commuter ferries with service to lower and Midtown Manhattan. The Hudson Bergen Light Rail system is also within walking distance.
