Luxury rental community in Middlesex County surges past 50% lease mark

Developers BNE Real Estate Group, LPZ and Sterling Properties said their luxury rental community in Old Bridge Township in Middlesex County has surpassed the 50% leased milestone.

Located at 99 Old Amboy Road, 99 Bridge offers brand-new construction, cutting-edge, modern interior spaces, upscale amenities and convenient access to Routes 9 and 18. The community is also just a short walk from grocery and convenience stores, restaurants and bus transportation to New York City.

Rental rates at 99 Bridge start from $2,295 a month with grand opening incentives still available on select homes for a limited time.

“99 Bridge continues to prove that there is a lot of demand in the local market for high-end, maintenance-free rental living,” said Marc Pantirer, a partner at BNE Real Estate Group. “We’re attracting renters from all over the map — from nearby surrounding towns to New York City and Staten Island, and across the country — people are drawn to our brand-new residences, our robust lifestyle amenities and the convenience of our location just off Route 9. It’s been a hot spot for residents relocating for work.”

Designed with today’s sophisticated renter in mind, 99 Bridge offers low-maintenance living, access to a wealth of amenities and apartments with features that are both elegant and practical. Each apartment includes 9-foot ceilings, custom modular closets, complimentary window treatments and in-unit washer & dryer. Kitchens are outfitted with white quartz countertops, espresso cabinetry, modern stainless-steel appliances, full-height tiled walls and backsplashes, and gas ranges. Private outdoor space is also available in select residences.

The lifestyle amenities at 99 Bridge are highlighted by a two-story resident lounge, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, a coworking lounge with private offices, a coffee bar, children’s playroom, billiards and shuffleboard, and a pet spa. Outside, an abundance of amenities and recreation areas are available, including a swimming pool, barbecues and dining areas, an outdoor bar with TV screening areas, lawn areas and fire pits.

99 Bridge is ideally situated right next to Route 9 and Route 18 in Old Bridge, about a one-hour drive from Manhattan, a one-hour and 20-minute drive from Philadelphia, and 22 miles from the Jersey Shore. New Jersey Transit rail service is available in the neighboring town of Matawan and NJ Transit and Academy Bus both run commuter buses from Old Bridge Township daily.
