Crossings at Raritan Station now 80% leased

Layouts with home office space surge in popularity in 2022

Crossings at Raritan Station, the luxury rental community with an amenity-rich lifestyle next to the train station in the borough of Raritan, is now over 80% leased, according to an announcement from developer Accurate Builders & Developers.

Located at 59 Second Ave. in Raritan, the community of 276 residences has had a strong start to 2022, driven in large part by interest in apartment layouts that include a home office space, which accounts for more than half of the new leases signed this year, according to Jack Klugmann, CEO and president of Accurate Builders & Developers.

Klugmann.

“This is an exciting milestone at the community, as it illustrates the strong appeal Crossings has in the marketplace,” Klugmann said. “Although the proximity to the train station is a compelling selling point for us, we are finding that the main reason people choose to live at Crossings is they love the modern feel of the building, the quality of the residences and the suburban ambience of Raritan. It’s a complete lifestyle package that is resonating with the public.”

A variety of one- and two-bedroom residences are currently available at Crossings at Raritan Station at monthly rental rates starting from $2,100, inclusive of grand opening incentives of up to two months free that are still available for a limited time.

Accurate Builders & Developers’ commitment to delivering a fresh new perspective on rental living is evident in the upscale features and interior spaces found at Crossings at Raritan Station, each crafted with resident quality of life and attention to detail in mind. Homes include features such as 9-foot ceilings, luxury plank flooring and upscale kitchens with quartz counters, modern espresso cabinets, full-height subway tile backsplashes, stainless-steel appliances and gas ranges.

Designed by architect Devereaux and Associates, each residence includes details such as tiled bathroom floors and wet walls, an in-residence washer & dryer, and custom roller shade window treatments. Private outdoor balconies and spacious dens are available in select homes.

The residences at Crossings are complemented by a full array of amenities and services, including a sophisticated lobby lounge with a coffee bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center with virtual training technology, Amazon package lockers, private covered parking, a bicycle share, bicycle storage and 24/7 onsite maintenance.

Outside, multiple landscaped courtyards provide abundant space for al fresco recreation and relaxation. Among them are an outdoor terrace with lounge seating, barbecues, a fire pit, outdoor games and a meditation garden with hammocks and greenery. Residents will also enjoy access to a tennis court, basketball court and dog park.

The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing agent of Crossings at Raritan Station, reports that the strong demand for rental residences at the community is consistent with larger trends in the current market that sees renters drawn to well-connected suburbs like Raritan where they can find brand-new construction, upscale amenities and, often, larger living space, at more affordable prices.
