NAI James E. Hanson said Thursday that it negotiated a lease for 6,266 square feet of medical office space at 825 Bloomfield Ave. in Verona.
Hanson’s Team Lizzack-Horning, led by Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning, represented the tenant, Geria Dermatology LLC in the transaction with the landlord, Arcadian Professional Properties NJ LLC, which was represented by James DiOrio of Berkshire Hathaway.
The property spans 19,000 square feet of easily adaptable, built-to-suit modern medical space in a very accessible location.
Since the completion of the asset’s recent capital improvement plan, it has consistently attracted high-quality medical tenants. Based in Rutherford, Geria Dermatology hoped to expand to a second location in northern New Jersey and tapped Team Lizzack-Horning to find a space in the competitive healthcare market.
